The services we offer are both free and confidential. We serve the entire community regardless of race, religion or economic status. If you would like to set up an appointment to come into the Centre please contact us.

Free Pregnancy Tests

We provide urine pregnancy tests that are accurate as early as 10 days from conception. Our pregnancy tests are 97%-99% accurate, however, only a licensed medical practitioner is qualified to diagnose whether or not you are pregnant. We always recommend that you see a physician to confirm the results of your test.

Peer Mentoring and Support

We would be happy to meet with you to discuss your feelings surrounding your pregnancy and support you through the decision making process. You will neither be judged nor pressured in our counselling room.

Baby Boutique

We take donations of baby and maternity items, wash and sort and then give out to those who need them. We provide gently used baby clothes, baby supplies, diapers, wipes, baby equipment, maternity clothes, and so much more. Our Baby Boutique is completely stocked by donations from the community and can be accessed by anyone who is in need of these items while preparing for a baby or for their family.

Parenting Support

Whether you are expecting or you are parenting, our staff can help you with any and all parenting questions. We have access to a variety of resources including interactive learning tools, books and pamphlets, and references to other community centres. We also run parenting classes depending on the interest in a particular topic. Contact us to learn more about upcoming parenting classes.

Community Events

Meeting once a month, our Mom’s Night Out is a fun evening with other moms from the Centre. We talk about  “mom stuff” while we do crafts, have a spa night, or watch a movie. Additionally we also run bi-weekly cooking classes for moms to learn new kid-friendly recipes. Childcare is always provided for our community events.

Post Abortion Support

Our staff are here to offer confidential support for women who have experienced an abortion and want to talk through their feelings afterwards. If you or someone you know is in need of support please email
