Tammy MacKinnon

The Island Pregnancy Centre is excited to introduce our new Executive Director, Tammy MacKinnon!

Tammy has worked and volunteered with non profit organizations for the last 25 years. Her previous work with The Upper Room Soup Kitchen and Canadian Mental Health Association has provided her with great insight and experience in client care, leadership, fundraising initiatives, community resources and fostering positive relationships.

Tammy and her husband have been married for 25 years and have 5 children. They are passionate about children, opening their home as foster parents for 17 years and adopted 3 of their 5 children. Their family enjoys traveling, beach adventures and socializing with other friends and families.

Client Services Director - Charlottetown
Sarah Hilborn

Sarah graduated from Kingswood University in 2009 and has had different opportunities to serve that have helped prepare her for her current role as Client Services Director. Since being hired in April 2019 Sarah has had opportunities to step into offering peer support and foster relationships with clients, volunteers and donors. In her free time, she loves exploring the outdoors with her husband. She also enjoys participating in trainings about personal development and leadership.

Client Services Director - Summerside
Michelle Nash

Michelle is excited about her new role as Client Services director at the Summerside Pregnancy Centre. She is happy to see the centre growing as a place of hope and encouragement for women and families in Prince County. She has been married to her husband Brian for 23 years and together they have raised 2 adopted children who are now 18 and 21. Michelle is starting a new chapter in life after being a full time homeschooling Mother for the past 15 years. She feels her faith and previous experience as a foster mother and adoptive mother will help her have understanding and compassion for the women and families that she will meet at the centre. Michelle enjoys cooking, playing board games with her family as well as gardening, days at the beach and relaxing visits with friends.

Baby Boutique Manager

 

Kimberly Lee

Kim is our newest member of the IPC team and serves as our Baby Boutique Manager.  She enjoys caring for others and has a background in nursing.  She has been on staff with her church doing admin work and led the youth/teens group for 7 years. Kim enjoys mentoring younger women.  She currently holds a local ministers' license with the Nazarene Church and is taking the ministerial course of studies. Kim and her husband have been married for 21 years and have 3 teenagers.  Kim enjoys rollercoasters, driving standards, and kayaking. She desires to follow Jesus far in this life, and to say yes to Him. Picture coming soon!

Kimberley Jelley
Office Manager

For more than 20 years, Kimberley has worked and volunteered in the field of education and in many community support initiatives. After living in Ontario and New Brunswick, her husband and family moved to PEI two years ago. Kimberley and Mark have been married for 22 years and have 4 children. Kimberley is passionate about providing support, resources, and hope to those in need. She is excited to be joining the Island Pregnancy Centre team and using her skills to serve and support the Centre and its clients.  Kimberley enjoys reading, all things outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
