If you would like to make an appointment or are inquiring about our services, fill out the information below.
Appointments run from 11AM - 4PM and are approximately 30 minutes in length. 

Island Pregnancy Centres in Ch'town and Summerside will be closed Mon, Dec 23rd- Friday, January 3rd.  We will reopen in Summerside on Mon, Jan 6th and in Charlottetown on Tues, Jan 7th.  Merry Christmas!  There will be no appointments booked during the holidays.
